How can we help?

Email support@mdcipher.app with any question about the app, your account, or a subscription. Tell us the email address you sign in with and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it happened.

Please do not email us medical questions or send health records by email. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Subscriptions bought with your Apple ID are billed and managed by Apple.

• Change or cancel: open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose MDcipher. You can also reach this from MDcipher under Account → Billing → Manage subscription.
• Refunds: Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• New phone or reinstalled the app: sign in, then tap Restore purchases under Account → Billing.

Deleting your MDcipher account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings first.

I can't sign in. Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact us.

A document I uploaded says "Not added". MDcipher only adds records from a document when the name and date of birth on it match the active profile. Check that the profile's name and date of birth are filled in and correct, then upload the document again.

My records show something twice. Open Review information on the main screen to see suspected duplicates and choose which to keep. You can also edit or delete any entry by tapping it.
